Christine Howard - World Champion

Christine Howard is the new 40-44 age group Duathlon World Champion!
The event was held at Edinburgh on Saturday and she led from the start of the first 10k run and kept increasing the gap throughout the 42k bike section. The final 5k run was simply a case of keeping the legs going and she finished with a lead of 3 minutes.
