can you sign in on the day if so I will probbley ride its just trying to get an afternoon pass to get out of the gardening of her indoors

I like the sound of this but do you have any circuit details?
It says 'Closed Circuit Competitive' Does that mean its on Darley Moor track (if so how long is each lap) or does it use Darley for the start then go out on the roads?
24 laps of Darley Moor circuit, it's not quite 1.5 miles per lap so comes in a bit under the 36 miles advertised.
Someone might be able to add more detail but it is at the Darley Moor circuit which is pan flat, roughly triangular and almost exactly a mile per circuit. There is a one very sharp hairpin corner and its also very exposed to the wind. Hope this helps - have a look at google earth and there are some pics from Darley Moor on this website I think.

Yes, EOL is fine - same sort of setup as yesterday.
The race should be smoother as well as the 2nd cats will keep the pace higher, rather than it being stop:start for the first ten laps.

I'm still running it through in my mind if I'll race or not on Sat, the mind is tempted, but the legs are lacking. How did the race go on Sat? Some great pictures and I assume some Matlock riders took some points?

Do we have to purchase a day license as well as the entry fee, in order to race?
Or does the £15 on the day fee cover everything?
Come on Dom. I am riding 025/11 Sat and just hope to hang on in there on Sunday.

good race on saturday for Matlock Club, Lee got 3rd and Matt got 4th so some good points there.
Neil you would need a day license which is on top of the £15, not sure how much Paddy should know.
Hi Carl - I am flattered you put my name on the possible list for the road race but I haven't ridden an RR since 2005 and really I am just the standard fat tester! Hope you all have a good race.

I may be struggling to make race Carl. Raced at Doncaster today so will see how legs feel in the morning.
Sorry think I'm going to give it a miss. Done some bug miles thru week and windy 25TT today. Legs hurting so think I'm just gonna do a slightly more relaxed training ride.
Hope the race goes well though.
