Hi all, any body out on chaingang tonight??
are the roads ok ?

I've missed the last three due to a combination of illness and lack of time so there'd be no point in me trying to make tonight's.

Hopefully be out next week though if I can get a few rides in between now and then and claw some fitness back.

No can do - fit, but no childcare !
