christmas roller training this week :)

the bumper christmas roller training session is on this Thursday night (15th Dec)

normal training plus festive extras, bring your santa hat or antlers!

All welcome on rollers or turbo, if you don't have a turbo or rollers but want to have a go let me know.

Highfields school, Starkholmes site gym, 7pm
cost £2 (to cover gym hire)

Festive extras? = More pain? Hat - you have to be kidding? Bumper? I'll have you know that I didn't fall off my rollers at all during the last session.........
