CTT levies increased, Club Time Trials will cost more for 2012

CTT have increased their levy for Club Time Trials. This will result in the following:
Time Trial Pass for 2012 will be £20. This will cover all Club time trials for the year.
Cost per race will be £3, for those who do not have a Pass.
Riders under 23 will continue to ride Club time trials free of charge.
Members who do not ride Club time trials are unaffected by these changes, and membership fees remain the same as 2011. Membership fees are due January 1st 2012.
