British Cycling Talent Development Presentations
British Cyclings regional development coach Rob Sharman will be at the clubroom on Jan 21st to give us a presentation about the new BC Talent Team plan. There are great opportunities for keen local young riders to benefit from this with some top level coaching.

If you are a club coach, club volunteer or official, a rider aged 12 or over, or a parent of a rider, you are invited to attend one of the presentations.
The intention of the presentations is to give everyone a clear idea of what the new Talent Development structure is, how it can help clubs, coaches and riders, and provide opportunities for all to provide feedback on how we can work together, and ask questions about the programme.
The presentations are essential for any rider that wants to progress through British Cycling pathways, or for clubs that wish to develop their talent pool of riders. The presentations encompass MTB Cross-Country, Track Sprint, Track Endurance and Circuit Racing
